Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor best well-known for his part in the well-known television series Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. The first time he became interested in acting was in his early college days. He completed his acting studies at University of Colorado at Boulder. The characters he has played on television have gained him a lot of popularity. There is no doubt that the actor has managed to grab audiences' attention by playing characters who are on either side of the law. He was the character of the serial killer on his debut television show and then later played as an NYPD detective. His small-screen performances have been recognized with multiple Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. His signature piercing, blue eyes which are said to make his look attractive. They have helped to convey the rough characters in an enthralling way. He was named in People's magazine's list of Sexiest Men Alive in 2006.
